Introduction: The Refresher Course in Human Rights is a short term academic attempt to provide an awareness to the teaching community about the significance of Human rights in the day to day life of human beings. It provides a bird’s eye view of the theoretical and practical aspects of human rights discourse. Experts in the academic fields, retired judges, legal luminaries, and human rights activists are invited to give the new trends in human rights scenario.
Objectives: • To spread the awareness of human rights in society. • To provide the teaching community with the theoretical and practical dimensions of human rights. • Equip them to address the different human rights issues in a proper perspective. • To help teachers to spread the message of human rights to students.
