| Introduction: | Faculty Induction Programme for newly recruited faculty in Higher Education Institutions. The course is undertaken in the light of Gurudakshta guidelines for Faculty Induction Programmes defined by the University Grants Commission. |
| Objectives: | The main objective is to stimulate and refine them to adopt “learner oriented” approach in teaching, encourage new pedagogic approaches, keep abreast of all the ICT based developments and teaching-learning assessment tools. The course also familiarizes the participants to the dynamics of teaching profession, as defined in UGC guidelines and Gurdakshta guidelines for Faculty Induction Programmes. |
