Introduction: Brief introduction of the course: The one week long short term course in soft skill development among the faculty at various institutions on specific areas like ice breaking, positive thinking, team building, role of teachers in society, emotional intelligence, mentoring, counseling, creativity, communication, digital learning, methodologies for teaching the modern learners and transactional analysis was the focus points of the programme.

About Instructor: Brief Profile of the Course Co-ordinator: Dr.K.S.Chandraseakar is Senior Professor in Management and the Campus Director, University of Kerala, Trivandrum. He has more than 28 years of teaching, research, extension and consulting activities in the area of management and has been pivotal in including soft skills in the curriculum as the former Dean and the present Chairman of BoS. He has 14 books and about 230 articles to his credit. He has successfully guided 64 candidates to get their Ph.D. in Management.
