| Introduction: | The UGC-Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC), Bangalore University, Bengaluru has organized One day workshop on NEP-2020 with special reference to Thematic popularization of NEP-2020 for the faculty of Commerce in Colleges and Universities in Karnataka on 15th November 2022. Prof. C. Srinivas, Director, UGC-HRDC, Bangalore University welcomed the speaker and participants to the workshop. In this workshop, Dr. M. Farooq Pasha, Principal, Govt. First Grade College, Kengeri, Bengaluru addressed the participants on the topic, Opportunities and challenges for teachers after implementation of NEP:2020 followed by an interaction session on Pedagogical interventions for aligning Commerce education with NEP: 2020 by Dr. Bhavani, M.R., School of Commerce and Management, Chanakya Universty, Bengaluru. Dr. ArunS Vaidya and Dr.N. Nagaraja, Academic Staff of HRDC involved in organizing the webinar, introduced the resource persons and participated in the webinar. About 25 teachers from First Grade Colleges and universities attended the webinar. They expressed happiness on the Workshop in their feedback session. |
