| Introduction: | There are many developments that happened prior and post COVID19 and the industries across the world have had changes and some of them even closed for ever. But at the same time, there were disruptions in the market which gave way for new developments and new entrants into the market. Hence the changes in the market, industry and the institutions need to be understood by the participants and accordingly this refresher course was planned from 13-7-2022 to 26-7-2022. |

| About Instructor: | Dr K.SChandrasekar, is a Senior Professor and Head of Institute of Management in Kerala (IMK) at University of Kerala. Also, currently he is the Campus Director of University of Kerala. He is the former Director, School of Business Management and Legal studies Department of University of Kerala. He is the Chairman of the Board of Studies in Business Management of University of Kerala and Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He was the Vice-Chairman of the Centre for Management Development (A Government of Kerala institution), Trivandrum, Kerala. He held the post of Dean, Faculty of Management studies thrice. Since 9th February 2002, he has been a visiting Professor at Commonwealth Open University in Spain and UK. He has written more than ten leading books and published above 213 research articles in various reputed journals and newspapers. He presented more than 259 research papers in International and National seminars. He is the editorial board member of 18 reputed international and national journals. He won above 16 Awards for his academic excellence. He is currently the National council member of AIMA and ISTD, New Delhi. |
