| Weekly Plan: | The duration of the Short Term Course will be one week. Four lectures of 90 minutes each will be conducted daily. In each session 60 minutes are allotted for lecture delivery and 30 minutes for discussion among participants and resource persons to make the lecture more interactive and participative. Each session will be moderated by one of the participants enabling them to learn how to moderate and coordinate the session. It will also help them to develop the leadership qualities. Online feedback will be collected for each resource person on daily basis. |
