| Introduction: | UGC – Human Resource Development Centre, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University has organized UGC sponsored “Refresher Course – Commerce & Management” in virtual mode during 14 - 26 November, 2022. Updated knowledge would region us on the dual carriageway to growth and development, in the process, enabling us to lead our lives as efficaciously and efficiently as possible. The aim of this refresher course was to provide knowledge about academic leadership, mentoring, how create impact on student’s mind, innovation in accounting, NEP & its implementation, etc. The refresher course was conducted in online mode and included some activity-based hands-on sessions, Tests, Assignments, Minor projects, Seminars, etc. |
| Objectives: | To enable teachers to; i) Facilitate in acquisition and enhancement of basic skills of teaching to achieve goals of higher education in general. ii) Keep abreast of the latest and contemporary developments in their discipline; iii) Understand the role of teachers in the total system; iv) Comprehend the linkages between education and socioeconomic & cultural developments, with a particular reference to Indian polity, where Democracy, Secularism and Social Equity are the basic tenets of the Society; and v) Build confidence among teacher and other stakeholders. |
